Dr. Anchal Rana
Vedic Diet and Wellness Specialist
Dr. Anchal Rana is bought up in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh. She resides in New Delhi. Dr. Anchal is a dental surgeon by profession. Living in a metro she came across several people suffering from lifestyle disorders at such a young age. Her propensity and oddity to find the reasons behind them and how to combat them drew her towards Vedic nutrition and yoga. This is what our ancestors used to follow but slowly due to modern lifestyle and culture the awareness has faded away. Her main goal is to make individuals aware of what miraculous wonders can a seasonal diet and yoga, pranayama and meditation can do to an individual. She has helped people to combat their anger issues, stress, anxiety, lifestyle disorders, aches and much more. Her intuitive and humble nature has provided long term cures. She is also a certified tarot card reader and has helped people with her prudent and long sighted suggestions. She is also a novelist. She has written two fictions and had won THE INDIAN AWAZ award for her second fiction THE LOST DAUGHTER.
