We believe in providing simple staple food diet which our ancestors used to follow and which slowly fell apart with time. The diet is designed according to the genetic make up of an individual rather than following a standard chart. We are what we digest is the thumb rule we follow and make sure that there is a holistic development of an individual keeping their psychosomatic make up and lifestyle in consideration.

We introduce yoga asanas according to the lifestyle disorders and Prakriti as well. Teach breathing techniques and meditation/ relaxation techniques to combat stress, lifestyle disorders.
